Cut-outs from other newspapers laid in as bookmarkers. Signed National Trust for Historic Preservation bookplate adhered inside front board. Bound in full brown leather with black spine label titled in gold. Two metal buckles and latches attaching front and back boards on fore-edge. Yellow page edges. 1,679 pp. Binding is tight. Text is free from marginalia or underlining. Condition is very good. Binding is rubbed with a chips and scratches. Slightly damp-stained in some places. Page edges lightly browned. Light browning throughout the text. Minor tearing to a few pages. Borders of several of the pages are damp-stained, however, text is still legible despite these conditions. Very good condition for when it was published. Full refund if not satisfied. Very Good.
