Front fly page with with message, "Presented to in behalf of the Bunker Hill Monument Association, G. Washington Warren, President"; this fly page has a page that was glued and ripped away partly on top of it. Decently clean pages with no evident marginalia; there are some small marks and a little discoloration from age and wear. The last few pages have bottom corner creasing and the binding is very loose and some of the pages have come completely out of it. 123 pp. Some foxing on the back fly pages. Inlaid index card with written notes. Maroon end papers. Green cover boards with publisher's cloth. Small uneven paper with trial title and date pasted on front cover board. Cover is dirty and shows rubbing from wear. Spine is a little discolored. Overall good condition. Full refund if not satisfied. Good.
